The IRS & The Liberal Media Set Their Sights On Same Groups

Published

on

While the scandal with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) targeting conservative and Tea Party groups continues in the news, there is a connected scandal as well and this one involves the media attacking a conservative Christian ministry. Back in 2010 and 2011, MSNBC’s liberal talk show host Rachel Maddow decided she would weigh in on Bradlee Dean’s comments on homosexuality. The problem with Maddow’s comments that she made is that she accused Dean of calling for the execution of homosexuals, which he never did. Because of that Dean filed a libel lawsuit against her. It was dismissed after Dean refused to pay $24,000 in court costs to Maddow’s attorneys, which she ordered, but the ministry is looking to take it to DC next month.

Bradlee is not only a contributor here at Freedom Outpost, but he is also the founder of You Can Run International (YCR), a ministry which not only takes to nationally syndicated radio six days a week, but also reaches out to the young people of America bringing them the history of America, the Constitution and pushing forth the law of God and the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you watch the video above, you will see that Dean made no calls for the execution of homosexuals, but merely pointed out that Muslims were looking to do so.

“I did not respond to MSNBC and Rachel Maddow’s assaults on my ministry without expecting opposition,” Dean said. “When you have MSNBC’s attorneys lobbying these judges, it is self-explanatory. I will leave it to the people to see the transparency of corruption on the behalf of this supposed judicial system. If the judicial system was doing its job, there would be no MSNBCs or Rachel Maddows. The judge knows all the well what MSNBC does on a daily basis. With a communist slogan like ‘lean forward,’ everyone should know that I am dealing with the very people that are trying to destroy our Republic.”

According to Dean, “I took it on the chin at first. But when I got death threats against my family, I knew I had to take action. So I filed a defamation lawsuit against her and MSNBC.”

The Superior Court Judge, Joan Zeldon, who threw out the case, ordered the plaintiffs in the case to pay $24,000 in legal fees for the defendant’s attorneys without any discover or hearing on exactly what those fees were for, according to Dean’s attorney Larry Klayman.

“We’re confident that the judge should have recused herself from the case, due to her bias and prejudice,” said Klayman. “The attorneys’ fees were unwarranted, and in any case inflated, and we are confident of our success on this appeal.”

“Rachel Maddow should not take any satisfaction,” Klayman said. “This is just round one. The case has not been adjudicated on its merits.”

He explained that “clearly, what they did was defamatory, and it put the life of Bradlee Dean and the lives of his family and colleagues in danger.”

Clearly the judge in the case has a bias against Dean and his ministry. As a result, an affidavit was filed with the Superior Court of the District of Columbia concerning the actions and statements of Judge Joan Zeldon, which read in part, “Recusal is required when judicial remarks create the appearance that the court’s impartiality may be called into question, and ‘could suggest, to an outside observer, such a ‘high degree of favoritism or antagonism’ to defendants’ position that ‘fair judgment is impossible.”

He added, “We have learned that Maddow’s lawyers are part of a large and powerful District of Columbia and New York-based law firm which donates to, or supports judges in many ways.”

WND reported on the case back in November:

The move to another court was a “tactical, strategic decision,” the ministry statement said.

“However, Judge Zeldon, who it became apparent had hoped to rule against Dean and YCR and in favor of Maddow and MSNBC given her leftist ideology, sought to punish plaintiffs and throw a monkey wrench into the voluntary dismissal of the case before her. Judge Zeldon ruled that the case before her could not be dismissed unless Dean and YCR paid over $24,000 in attorneys’ fees and costs to Maddow … claiming that the defendants attorneys should be compensated for the legal work they did in her case.”

When Dean challenged the payments, the judge said he was not even allowed to ask questions about the billings. Klayman said a hearing on such fees is routine, but the judge refused even that.

On top of this, the judge had the audacity to refer to Maddow’s attorneys as “distinguished,” while denigrating Dean, YCR and Mr. Klayman.

Dean, YCR and Klayman are now set to bring their case to Washington, D.C. next month. Dean says that his lawsuit is not about just defending his work as a preacher, musician and speaker to youth assemblies, but says, “I’m defending every conservative leader in America who boldly stands up for God’s country and the Constitution. Everyone who publicly stands for our Constitution, which our Founding Fathers and brave soldiers have fought, bled and died for. Whether it is from the pulpit, on the street, or in schools.”

While the Left is using a two-pronged approach, the IRS on one side harassing conservatives and Tea Party groups, and the liberal media attacking on the other. Should this case go down in defeat, it will be like blood in the water for the liberal media. We cannot let this happen.

Dean and his ministry have fought for well over a decade to get their message out to young and old alike. They need our support. It has already cost the ministry thousands of dollars in court fees to defend Constitutional principles, which the outcome will have long term effects upon us and our children.

Rapper Who Bragged in Video About Ripping Off Unemployment Arrested by Feds

Rapper Nuke Bizzle who rapped about ripping off unemployment benefits was arrested him for the fraud.

Published

Rapper Nuke Bizzle thought he was the fo shizzle by rapping about how he was ripping off unemployment benefits, but apparently the feds were not amused and arrested him for the fraud.

According to a Department of Justice statement, the rapper, whose real name is Fontrell Antonio Baines, “boasted in a YouTube music video about getting rich from committing unemployment benefits fraud.”

The government alleges that the Los Angeles-based Bizzle and several of his buddies used fake addresses to defraud the agency of up to $700,000 in unemployment benefits.

He was arrested on Oct. 16 “pursuant to a criminal complaint alleging a scheme to fraudulently obtain unemployment insurance benefits under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.”

Authorities were alerted to the fraud by people who saw and reported the rapper’s own videos.

In one of the videos, for instance, Bizzle bragged about “go[ing] to the bank with a stack of” unemployment cards.

The government added:

The affidavit further alleges that Baines bragged about his ability to defraud the EDD in a music video posted on YouTube and in postings to his Instagram account, under the handles “nukebizzle1” and “nukebizzle23.” For example, Baines appears in a music video called “EDD” in which he boasts about doing “my swagger for EDD” and, holding up a stack of envelopes from EDD, getting rich by “go[ing] to the bank with a stack of these” – presumably a reference to the debit cards that come in the mail. A second rapper in the video intones, “You gotta sell cocaine, I just file a claim….”

Bizzle faces a maximum of 22 years in prison related to the charges if he is convicted.

Young Black Voters No Longer Loyal to the Democrat Party

More and more, Gen Z black voters are questioning why blacks should be loyal to the Democrat Party that they see as severely lacking in appeal.

More and more, Gen Z black voters are questioning why blacks should be loyal to the Democrat Party that they see as severely lacking in appeal.

According to a report at Politico, many of these young blacks born after 1990 are wondering just why they should be all fired up about the Democrats when every single Democrat-run city in America is an absolute, bankrupt mess.

Certainly, blacks in the U.S. are still holding onto the outmoded idea that the Democrat Party is the “party of civil rights,” a false notion that gained steam in the 1970s. But things seem to be on the verge of changing.

A 2019 Pew Research Center study, for instance, found that liberals make up a majority of the Democratic voting bloc, but blacks are not so ready to claim to be liberal. 43 percent of them said they identified as moderate and 25 percent even identified as conservative.

Some of these blacks who consider themselves more conservative are realizing that the Democrat Party stands against families, for one. And that activism against traditional marriage and families is detrimental to the black community.

Many of these young black conservatives are organizing and talking amongst themselves about how bad the Democrat agenda has been for them.

As Fox News noted:

For example, Congress’ 1994 Crime Bill is being scrutinized anew by Gen Zers across the country. Many feel the bill, which Biden co-authored, disproportionately affects Black communities — even though the ban on assault weapons was popular among Black lawmakers almost 30 years ago.

Young Black conservatives say their support for Trump is based on policies that work for them: the First Step Act, the FUTURE Act and economic success leading to historically low Black unemployment numbers.

This growing movement is important for Republicans. Because, even though the Democrats have been able to count on the near total, blind support of blacks in the past, with elections often as close as they have been recently, even if 10 to 30 percent of blacks stray from the Democrats, it could hurt the leftist party’s chances of winning elections.

Trump Was Right-Harvard Admits Patients Over COVID Have ‘Long-Lasting Immunity’

Twitter censored what it called “Trump’s false claim” that he has immunity from COVID-19, but now even Harvard is admitting that Trump may be right.

Published

On Wednesday, social media giant Twitter censored what it called “Trump’s false claim” that he has immunity from COVID-19, but now even Harvard is admitting that Trump may be right.

“A total and complete sign off from White House Doctors yesterday. That means I can’t get it (immune), and can’t give it. Very nice to know!!!” Trump wrote on Twitter Sunday.

But Wednesday, Twitter had added a warning label that claimed that Trump’s tweet “violated the Twitter Rules about spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19.”

Twitter’s operatives — who are now apparently posing as scientists and doctors when not a one of them are either — took it upon themselves to “correct” the president of the United States.

But now, even Harvard University is admitting that Trump was on to something with his claims of immunity.

In an October 8 posting, the university noted that “people who survive serious COVID-19 infections have long-lasting immune responses against the virus.”

“The study, published in Science Immunology, offers hope that people infected with the virus will develop lasting protection against reinfection. The study also demonstrates that measuring antibodies can be an accurate tool for tracking the spread of the virus in the community,” the story added.

So, who the hell does Twitter think they are censoring the president when actual doctors and scientists have said that Trump is probably right. He does have an amount of immunity now that he has come through the coronavirus.

Ah, but Twitter knows better.

CNN Analyst And Former FBI Agent “We Have A Biological Terrorist In The White House”

Asha Rangappa, an analyst for CNN and a former FBI special agent tweeted: “We have a biological terrorist in the White House.” This follows President Trump’s return to the White House on Monday evening after treatment for the Coronavirus.

Defending her claim, Asha Rangappa cited a Justice Department memo stating back in March that the novel Coronavirus “appears to meet the statutory definition of a biological agent” and that those who engage in the “purposeful exposure and infections of others” could be charged for terrorism-related offenses.

While there are allegations that he knew about his positive diagnosis significantly earlier than he had announced it on Thursday evening, there is no certifiable evidence that he knowingly exposed officials and staffers to the virus.

Twitter took aim!

Washington Councilwoman’s ‘Good Reminder’ for Rioters to Use Firebombs in ‘Protests’

A Snohomish councilwoman has stirred controversy by posting a notice to remind “protesters” to use firebombs during their rioting.

Published

A Snohomish councilwoman has stirred controversy by posting a notice to remind “protesters” to use firebombs during their rioting.

Snohomish County, Washington, Councilmember Megan Dunn, a 2nd County District Democrat, posted a very offensive Facebook entry that she tried to delete not long after facing a backlash, KTTH reported.

Dunn had posted a cross stitched project with a message that said, “Be the light you want to see in the world.” Along with the message was a Molotov cocktail like the ones used to firebomb police.

Posting a photo of a Molotov cocktail was bad enough, but the Democrat added her own comment to the cross stitching saying, “No my stitch project but a good reminder.”

In other words, she was reminding “protesters” to throw firebombs at the police.

The Everett Police Officers Association was not amused at Dunn’s “good reminder” to toss firebombs at police.

The EPOA called on her to apologize and resign, adding, “Promoting violence/murder against our LE professionals and destruction of our communities is NOT acceptable from anyone. It is a crime.”

The leftist dolt councilwoman later tried to pretend that posting a “good reminder” about Molotov cocktails was not about violence. Because, you know, how could anyone think that posting pictures of firebombs was promoting violence… or … something.

“My post of a counter-culture cross stitching project was in no way intended as a call for violence or encouraging violence, it does not reference police or violence against police and has no imagery of police,” Dunn exclaimed. “I have removed the post, which was on my personal Facebook page and is not representative of the Council as a whole or of my sentiments towards law enforcement officials.”

She claimed that the Molotov cocktail was just a metaphor to mean you should “strive for systemic reforms and being brighter than a candle for the change you want to see in the world.”

What a load of garbage that is.
