Is there still a Time for Us to Hate?

Published

on

…A time to keep silent, And a time to speak; 8 A time to love, and a time to hate;
A time of war, and a time of peace. Ecc 1:7-8

Hate is a very strong word. It’s one that the Christian community strives to remove from their vocabulary and their lives. Nobody should hate, right? Hate is a sin, isn’t it? Aren’t we supposed to love everyone and everything? Isn’t the goal of the church to bring an end to hate? I’m sorry to burst a religious bubble, but it’s time to say WRONG (buzzer buzzing, gong clanging). Hate is REQUIRED.

For far too long we have allowed the world to dictate to the church how we are supposed to act, think and respond to the world. We have bought into a lie, and as all lies do, it has caused measurable harm. Recently, I saw a poll that said 57% of Christians supported same sex marriage. No doubt that sample was taken from mainline protestant churches who have caved on this issue already, but it illustrates the deadly nature of this lie. How can “God’s people” support what God calls an Abomination? The answer is simple: they can’t. God’s people are called to HATE what God hates. Let me say that again in case the shock suddenly blinded you and caused you to lose your place on the page… Christians are supposed to HATE what God hates.

hateGod hates. As the perfect, omniscient creator of the Universe, He can both love and hate without contradiction. Without Godly hate, there is no truth to the words we speak from the Bible. Right about now I know some readers who are steeped in the religious stew of modern “church-ocrasy” are trying to keep your head from exploding. You are saying, “my God is a loving God and this is just wrong”. I hear you. I recently left a church where the leadership said, “I don’t like the God of the Bible, He is too mean. My God is loving and accepting”. Just realize that when you create a god in your own image to replace the True God of the Bible, that is idolatry. Idolatry is one of those things God hates.

So, if you’re still reading, what should Christian hate look like? Lets start with a simple passage about Jesus in Heb 1: 8-9:

Of the Son he (God) says, “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, the scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your kingdom. 9 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your companions.”

Jesus is praised both as God and the anointed one (Messiah) for His response to righteousness and wickedness. Since our responsibility as believers is to be like Him we are given this command… Rom 12: 9-11:

9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; 11 not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord

In the book of Revelation, Jesus Himself tells the apostle John specific failings of each of the major churches. Speaking of the Church at Ephesus, He says (Rev 2: 4-6)-

I have this against you, that you have left your first love. 5 Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent and do the deeds you did at first; or else I am coming to you and will remove your lampstand out of its place—unless you repent.
6 Yet this you do have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

As a group their fault was leaving their first love, i.e. their devotion to Christ Himself. What was the thing they were doing right? Hating… Hating the deeds of the Nicolaitans. Note also that Jesus shared this hatred.

People love to relegate God’s judgment and wrath to a “less civilized more distant God” of the Old Testament, and thus feel like they do not have to engage with those aspects. Then they picture Jesus as a loving hippy with a lamb around his neck who would never make them uncomfortable, much less offend them. This is not the Jesus of the Bible. The true Jesus tells people to stop sinning. Sure He forgives them, God has always done so; right up to the point when He doesn’t.

Judge Not - Paul WasherAt this point I hear whiney voices from all over saying “but that’s so judgmental, you’re not supposed to judge”. Our culture has turned judging into the only sin, and Christians have morphed “turn the other cheek” into “turn a blind eye”. Just like hate, judgment is REQUIRED. God’s Word says, “The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.” (Psa.37:30). In I Corinthians 2:15 Paul says, “But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.” Judging is not a sin; judging is a characteristic of the follower of Christ.

The problem we have today was initially brought to our attention in the book of Jude. In it the author tells us… 3 “My dear friends, I really wanted to write you about God’s saving power at work in our lives. But instead, I must write and ask you to defend the faith”. He goes on to describe why this is necessary. “4 Some godless people have sneaked in among us and are saying, “God treats us much better than we deserve, and it is all right to be immoral.” They even deny that we must obey Jesus Christ as our only Master and Lord. But long ago the Scriptures warned that these godless people were doomed.”

Jude goes on to remind his readers that God has already provided two stark examples of His wrath. First, He brought a multitude of people out of Egypt and set them free from slavery, but destroyed those without faith. Second, Jude retells the story of Sodom and Gomorrah adding the fact that those people were under the judgment of “eternal fire”. Jude says there is no doubt that God will destroy the people in His church who do not listen to Him today.

“17 My dear friends, remember the warning you were given by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. 18 They told you that near the end of time, selfish and godless people would start making fun of God. 19 And now these people are already making you turn against each other. They think only about this life, and they don’t have God’s Spirit.” And he leaves us with this command from God… “23 Rescue any who need to be saved, as you would rescue someone from a fire. Then with fear in your own hearts, have mercy on everyone who needs it. But HATE even the clothes of those who have been made dirty by their filthy deeds.”

love-hateThe Bible has a word for those who love what He hates… reprobate – i.e. Disapproved with abhorrence; counterfeit; disqualified; rejected; abandoned to wickedness and destruction. (See 2 Timothy 3:8,Titus 1:16) These people are counterfeit Christians. They appear to be believers, but there is nothing true about them.

Are you starting to get the picture? Christians are supposed to have a visceral reaction to the things that God abhors. Carefully consider what these things are, and what they are not. We are commanded to hate evil, wickedness, immorality, ungodly attitudes, deceit, and the deeds of the wicked. We are never commanded to hate individuals. In fact, one of the reasons to hate these things is because of the damage they do to the people who are slaves to them. It is impossible to be “tolerant” or “accepting” of people’s sin while HATING it.

When your neighbor is on fire and seconds away from burning to death you don’t say “well as long as we have flames someone grab the marshmallows”. In the same way, if you see someone drowning, pausing to admire the water is not helpful at all. I am sure that being tackled and rolled in the dirt would be painful on any day, but even more so if your skin was burning. I am also sure that there is a significant amount of discomfort in being lifted by ones hair, but if that is the only way to pull a drowning person up out of the water, it has to be done.

A few days ago the US Supreme Court made an evil decision trying to legitimize homosexuality by redefining marriage. Of course, they can no more change marriage than they could pronounce a sodomite saved, but some people believe lies. The huge celebration of this lie woke some sleeping Christians up, and they actually began to feel the rage of the Holy Spirit as God’s laws were mocked. In response to this, many began to actually read the Scriptures and even share what God’s Word says about homosexuality and generally mocking the Creator. People began having conversations about good and evil, light and darkness and salvation vs. judgment. Many ran to social media to issue warnings about the consequences of believing this falsehood. A holy fire began to burn, and appropriate Christian hate was demonstrated for the first time in recent history.

gay-marriageThen it happened. The “hireling” leaders of the modern church-ocracy charged into the fray. Waving soggy towels soaked in the religion of “tolerance and acceptance” they quickly beat down the flames wherever they could find them. They cajoled and shamed their weak-kneed flock back into their dutiful existence as powdered sugar rather than salt and light. Under the satanic banner “offend no one” they put most of the flock back in their crates, and Sunday sermons across the land echoed with the teachings of those who say “we don’t have to obey Jesus, He will treat us much better than we deserve”.

Just a week later, the Facebook posts have all but ceased. The fire is invisible once again to all but a few prophetic souls. The smell of brimstone hangs heavy in the air, but “the powers that be” have told us all “its roses”. The hedonists continue their revelry as they march ever nearer to the pit. A grand opportunity to warn them all and perhaps save some has come and gone.

Who’s really to blame? There are the reprobate church leaders who claim to speak for God, but refuse to hate what He hates because it might hurt their bottom line. Jude tells us they are doomed. There are the average churchgoers, who have never quite submitted to the authority of the Bible, and who just go along with the “pastor” because it’s easier than thinking too much. Lastly, there are the rest of us that small group who know how wrong this is, and who know the consequences for nations and individuals who abandon God. We share in the guilt as well. For the times we could have spoken up, and stayed mute. For being too lazy to stand in the gap spiritually. Finally for not realizing that even as a minority in the “Christian” world, we still outnumber the homosexuals. We could be using our numbers to camp out on the lawns of activist judges and leftist politicians until they relent or have to fill the jails across America with us, but we do not.

15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. 17 And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. 1 John 2: 15-17

Rapper Who Bragged in Video About Ripping Off Unemployment Arrested by Feds

Rapper Nuke Bizzle who rapped about ripping off unemployment benefits was arrested him for the fraud.

Published

on

Rapper Nuke Bizzle thought he was the fo shizzle by rapping about how he was ripping off unemployment benefits, but apparently the feds were not amused and arrested him for the fraud.

According to a Department of Justice statement, the rapper, whose real name is Fontrell Antonio Baines, “boasted in a YouTube music video about getting rich from committing unemployment benefits fraud.”

The government alleges that the Los Angeles-based Bizzle and several of his buddies used fake addresses to defraud the agency of up to $700,000 in unemployment benefits.

He was arrested on Oct. 16 “pursuant to a criminal complaint alleging a scheme to fraudulently obtain unemployment insurance benefits under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.”

Authorities were alerted to the fraud by people who saw and reported the rapper’s own videos.

In one of the videos, for instance, Bizzle bragged about “go[ing] to the bank with a stack of” unemployment cards.

The government added:

The affidavit further alleges that Baines bragged about his ability to defraud the EDD in a music video posted on YouTube and in postings to his Instagram account, under the handles “nukebizzle1” and “nukebizzle23.” For example, Baines appears in a music video called “EDD” in which he boasts about doing “my swagger for EDD” and, holding up a stack of envelopes from EDD, getting rich by “go[ing] to the bank with a stack of these” – presumably a reference to the debit cards that come in the mail. A second rapper in the video intones, “You gotta sell cocaine, I just file a claim….”

Bizzle faces a maximum of 22 years in prison related to the charges if he is convicted.

Young Black Voters No Longer Loyal to the Democrat Party

More and more, Gen Z black voters are questioning why blacks should be loyal to the Democrat Party that they see as severely lacking in appeal.

Published

More and more, Gen Z black voters are questioning why blacks should be loyal to the Democrat Party that they see as severely lacking in appeal.

According to a report at Politico, many of these young blacks born after 1990 are wondering just why they should be all fired up about the Democrats when every single Democrat-run city in America is an absolute, bankrupt mess.

Certainly, blacks in the U.S. are still holding onto the outmoded idea that the Democrat Party is the “party of civil rights,” a false notion that gained steam in the 1970s. But things seem to be on the verge of changing.

A 2019 Pew Research Center study, for instance, found that liberals make up a majority of the Democratic voting bloc, but blacks are not so ready to claim to be liberal. 43 percent of them said they identified as moderate and 25 percent even identified as conservative.

Some of these blacks who consider themselves more conservative are realizing that the Democrat Party stands against families, for one. And that activism against traditional marriage and families is detrimental to the black community.

Many of these young black conservatives are organizing and talking amongst themselves about how bad the Democrat agenda has been for them.

As Fox News noted:

For example, Congress’ 1994 Crime Bill is being scrutinized anew by Gen Zers across the country. Many feel the bill, which Biden co-authored, disproportionately affects Black communities — even though the ban on assault weapons was popular among Black lawmakers almost 30 years ago.

Young Black conservatives say their support for Trump is based on policies that work for them: the First Step Act, the FUTURE Act and economic success leading to historically low Black unemployment numbers.

This growing movement is important for Republicans. Because, even though the Democrats have been able to count on the near total, blind support of blacks in the past, with elections often as close as they have been recently, even if 10 to 30 percent of blacks stray from the Democrats, it could hurt the leftist party’s chances of winning elections.

Trump Was Right-Harvard Admits Patients Over COVID Have ‘Long-Lasting Immunity’

Twitter censored what it called “Trump’s false claim” that he has immunity from COVID-19, but now even Harvard is admitting that Trump may be right.

Published

On Wednesday, social media giant Twitter censored what it called “Trump’s false claim” that he has immunity from COVID-19, but now even Harvard is admitting that Trump may be right.

“A total and complete sign off from White House Doctors yesterday. That means I can’t get it (immune), and can’t give it. Very nice to know!!!” Trump wrote on Twitter Sunday.

But Wednesday, Twitter had added a warning label that claimed that Trump’s tweet “violated the Twitter Rules about spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19.”

Twitter’s operatives — who are now apparently posing as scientists and doctors when not a one of them are either — took it upon themselves to “correct” the president of the United States.

But now, even Harvard University is admitting that Trump was on to something with his claims of immunity.

In an October 8 posting, the university noted that “people who survive serious COVID-19 infections have long-lasting immune responses against the virus.”

“The study, published in Science Immunology, offers hope that people infected with the virus will develop lasting protection against reinfection. The study also demonstrates that measuring antibodies can be an accurate tool for tracking the spread of the virus in the community,” the story added.

So, who the hell does Twitter think they are censoring the president when actual doctors and scientists have said that Trump is probably right. He does have an amount of immunity now that he has come through the coronavirus.

Ah, but Twitter knows better.

CNN Analyst And Former FBI Agent “We Have A Biological Terrorist In The White House”

Asha Rangappa, an analyst for CNN and a former FBI special agent tweeted: “We have a biological terrorist in the White House.” This follows President Trump’s return to the White House on Monday evening after treatment for the Coronavirus.

Defending her claim, Asha Rangappa cited a Justice Department memo stating back in March that the novel Coronavirus “appears to meet the statutory definition of a biological agent” and that those who engage in the “purposeful exposure and infections of others” could be charged for terrorism-related offenses.

While there are allegations that he knew about his positive diagnosis significantly earlier than he had announced it on Thursday evening, there is no certifiable evidence that he knowingly exposed officials and staffers to the virus.

Twitter took aim!

Washington Councilwoman’s ‘Good Reminder’ for Rioters to Use Firebombs in ‘Protests’

A Snohomish councilwoman has stirred controversy by posting a notice to remind “protesters” to use firebombs during their rioting.

Published

on

A Snohomish councilwoman has stirred controversy by posting a notice to remind “protesters” to use firebombs during their rioting.

Snohomish County, Washington, Councilmember Megan Dunn, a 2nd County District Democrat, posted a very offensive Facebook entry that she tried to delete not long after facing a backlash, KTTH reported.

Dunn had posted a cross stitched project with a message that said, “Be the light you want to see in the world.” Along with the message was a Molotov cocktail like the ones used to firebomb police.

Posting a photo of a Molotov cocktail was bad enough, but the Democrat added her own comment to the cross stitching saying, “No my stitch project but a good reminder.”

In other words, she was reminding “protesters” to throw firebombs at the police.

The Everett Police Officers Association was not amused at Dunn’s “good reminder” to toss firebombs at police.

The EPOA called on her to apologize and resign, adding, “Promoting violence/murder against our LE professionals and destruction of our communities is NOT acceptable from anyone. It is a crime.”

The leftist dolt councilwoman later tried to pretend that posting a “good reminder” about Molotov cocktails was not about violence. Because, you know, how could anyone think that posting pictures of firebombs was promoting violence… or … something.

“My post of a counter-culture cross stitching project was in no way intended as a call for violence or encouraging violence, it does not reference police or violence against police and has no imagery of police,” Dunn exclaimed. “I have removed the post, which was on my personal Facebook page and is not representative of the Council as a whole or of my sentiments towards law enforcement officials.”

She claimed that the Molotov cocktail was just a metaphor to mean you should “strive for systemic reforms and being brighter than a candle for the change you want to see in the world.”

What a load of garbage that is.
