Even Trump’s Opponents are Impressed with His Korea Campaign

On networks like MSNBC and CNN they’ve moved in turn between criticizing Trump’s chumminess with Kim Jong Un, to praising the President for finally bringing North Korea to heel. It’s enough to make one’s head spin, but this is what happens when the media becomes a partisan reactionary force.

President Trump’s summit in North Korea went so well that the leftwing media is having a hard time deciding how to cover what has taken place.

For example, CNN had former Obama DNI James Clapper on, and the nation got to hear him argue that DENNIS RODMAN should have played an important role in the North Korea – USA peace talks. No, Dennis Rodman is not some Harvard-educated specialist on Eastern Asian affairs. He’s an NBA Hall of Famer whose nickname is “the Worm” and who has a penchant for flamboyance.

Chris Cuomo: So, let’s get to Jim Clapper, former head of the director of national intelligence here.

So, first things first. We hear that Dennis Rodman, we have him on the show later on may have given Kim’s men in New York, Trump’s book “The Art of the Deal,” and that he read it. Significant to you?

James Clapper: Yes, it is, I have long been an advocate of involving Dennis Rodman in a —

Chris Cuomo: So, Jim Clapper, the former head of — the former DNI, the director of national intelligence, you saw Dennis Rodman as relevant?

James Clapper: I do. He is a unique person since he has a relationship with both Kim Jong-un and with Donald Trump and obviously has great rapport with Kim Jong-un who is a basketball fanatic himself. So, I think that there is potential here to engage Dennis Rodman in a serious way in promoting this relationship.

Former Democrat Senator and Al Gore’s choice for Vice President, Joe Lieberman, was quite impressed with President Trump’s diplomatic efforts. Lieberman even went out of his way to praise the President for doing things quite differently than his predecessor, Barack Obama.

Joe Lieberman: I think the summit in Singapore was a success. Some people will say – I’ve been interested overnight, President Trump is getting criticized from the left and right, which makes me feel good actually. But the point is, how much can you expect from the first meeting between two nations that have been totally separated, two leaders who are hurling verbal lightning bolts at each other just about six months ago. So I think overall the wording in the communique denuclearization which Kim agreed to say in response to in return for security from the U.S. and prosperity for the people in North Korea. All good. What is of relevance to the Iranian negotiations, President Trump has been a real critic of that agreement, I agree with him. In some ways what the Obama administration and what our European allies did with the Iranians is a template for what not to do here. Don’t look like you want an agreement more than the other side does. Don’t settle for just temporary denuclearization… so there’s a lot more work to do. Secretary Pompeo is going to have a very important role here but the world looks a little brighter this morning.

Yep. You just heard a former Democratic Vice Presidential candidate say ‘Don’t Do Things the Way Obama Did Them.’

Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams, who did end up supporting Trump in the last election, but isn’t generally a Republican voter also argued that the Trump team’s efforts to woo Kim Jong Un and his leadership team was GENIUS!

Adams begins by telling his viewers that they have to watch the Trump team’s “movie trailer” for Kim Jong Un. Adams argues that the tone, tenor, and message of the film are perfectly tailored to the North Korean dictator and they are a brilliant use of the medium as an effort to bend Kim Jong Un to Trump’s will.

Here’s the video they created first:

Now, here’s Adams explaining why this movie was a stroke of genius.

“You have to watch it. Let me give you my first reaction: It might be the best thing anybody ever did in a negotiation. Period. It might be, in the history of the world, the best thing ever did. It is so good. It hits every note perfectly.

It starts with a movie trailer model. I assume we’ve done our research and know that Kim might like American-style movies or just movies. If he’s the type of person who likes that kind of thing, that might be effective. But it starts right off saying this is a rare opportunity with two special people, so the incentive to be aspirational and become the person in this movie is high. t starts perfectly, great tone, it is serious, the music is like world-big…

Did you catch that? History doesn’t have to repeat. ‘History is always evolving.’ What is the biggest issue everybody has with North Korea right now? We’re stuck in our mental prison of history. We’re stuck assuming that the past repeats. This is saying right from the start, history evolves. History doesn’t repeat, history evolves.”

Even the folks at CNN had to stop attacking the President for a minute to recognize that he’s been quite consistent about the North Korea issue over the years.

David Swerdlick: So, President Trump or then Donald Trump had an initial point that he was right on, that the longer you let international issues fester, the longer you let proliferation issues, nuclear proliferation issues go on and on, the harder they get to deal with down the road.

But the problem is, in his own words, he is saying there when you get to a point like we’re at now, you have a choice of either negotiating or dealing with them, it almost sounded like he was saying, toughly, militarily.

But if these negotiations don’t work — and most negotiators don’t think we’re going to get denuclearization out of these talks — does that mean he is going to follow his own advice from 1999 and take military action?

What was different then that’s not the same now, that you have a war- weary public that’s been through 15, 20 years of war in the Middle East. It’s not going to play out the same way.

Wolf Blitzer: He has been very consistent, Rebecca. What he said in 1999, he could have said last week.

Gloria Borger: But I just think it shows you that Donald Trump really hasn’t changed in 20 years.

Wolf Blitzer: Right.

Gloria Borger: What he believed then, he believes now. And he is not going to change his mind. So, when he says he has been preparing for this his entire life, I mean, it may be partially true, even though he didn’t expect to be president of the United States at that particular point, which may be why he says he doesn’t — he didn’t need to prep.

Not only do they recognize that Trump has been “consistent,” they’re also forced to recognize that he’s been right… the whole time.

Graham Says Comey, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe Will All Be Called to Testify

It looks like the Deep State is in deep you-know-what.

Published

on

RussiaGate was fun while it lasted for the Democrats, but their attempts to delegitimize Donald Trump’s 2016 election will now die a slow and painful death at the hands of the burgeoning ObamaGate investigation.

The GOP has long been concerned that outgoing President Barack Obama may have unethically abused his position to “spy” on incoming Trump team, in an effort to push a wild conspiracy theory that The Kremlin had something to do with Hillary Clinton’s loss in 2016.  The “evidence” they used to kickstart the whole shebang was little more than a dirty “dossier” of old Wall Street Journal rumors that had been kicking around for a decade prior.

Nevertheless, Americans were soon enduring a 22-month-long, $25 million nightmare of an investigation that did nothing but stoke the fires of the “resistance”.

Now, as Republican lawmakers begin to look for answers as to why or how this could have happened, Senator Lindsey Graham has told radio host Hugh Hewitt that a number of incredibly prominent witnesses will be called to testify on the matter.

HEWITT: Now I have a series of questions. I just would like to know yes, no, I don’t know as to whether or not you will be calling as a witness to the Judiciary Committee the following people. Will you be subpoenaing James Comey?

GRAHAM: Yes.

HEWITT: Andrew McCabe?

GRAHAM: Yes.

HEWITT: John Brennan?

GRAHAM: Yes.

HEWITT: James Clapper?

GRAHAM: Yes.

HEWITT: Susan Rice?

GRAHAM: Don’t know.

HEWITT: Ben Rhodes?

GRAHAM: Don’t know. I’m having, Senator Johnson’s going to look at all the things that happened from the election to transition. His committee’s going to look at all that.

It looks like the Deep State is in deep you-know-what.

Maxine Waters Exploits Death of George Floyd to Attack Donald Trump

The “resistance” will never let a good crisis go to waste.

Published

on

Something horrific has occurred in Minneapolis, and our nation is headed for a somber reckoning on account of it.

The death of George Floyd while in police custody is a tragedy, undeniably.  Floyd was restrained by handcuffs and lying prone while an officer of the law kneeled on his neck, causing his death by suffocation in a gruesome incident that was caught on video.

America is now enraged, and from Minneapolis to Los Angeles there have been wild and chaotic demonstrations in protest.  A reality check is coming for much of the nation, and a heavy one at that, yet the Democrats are still looking for ways to exploit Floyd’s death to attack the leader of the free world.

REP Maxine Waters has shockingly blamed President Donald Trump for “cops killing black people” — days after George Floyd died in police custody.

Waters, a Democrat from California who frequently launches wild attacks at Trump, told TMZ she thinks the Minneapolis Officer Derek Chauvin, who was filmed with his neck on Floyd’s knee, “enjoyed doing it.” Trump on Wednesday called the death “very sad and tragic”.

Here’s where Waters tried to stretch the horror to fit her own personal, political narrative:

“I’m reflecting on all of the killings of young black men in particular, but of course black women too, at the hands of the police and at the hands of these white supremacists.”

“And I’m thinking about the way that the president conducts himself — in a way he’s dog-whistling — and I think that they’re feeling that they can get away with this kind of treatment.”

Now is certainly the time for a vigorous discussion about the sort of horror we’ve seen in Minneapolis, but Maxine Waters appears to be missing the point.

Lindsey Graham Announces First Witness in RussiaGate Origins Probe…and It’s a Doozy

The truth may be just over the horizon, and that does not bode well for the Democrats’ chances of taking back the White House in 2020.

Published

on

Now that the RussiaGate hoax has now been officially swallowed by the ObamaGate scandal, it’s the GOP’s turn to work the case and uncover just how deep the Democratic debauchery goes.

As it stands today, many on the right side of the aisle are of the belief that the outgoing Obama administration was responsible for concocting a plan to delegitimize the election of Donald Trump by linking him to The Kremlin, and attempting to portray the Big Apple businessman as a stooge to Vladimir Putin.  They used every trick in the book as well, including salacious and unverifiable rumors being passed off as “counterintelligence dossiers”.

Of course, now that the Republicans have a hold of the Senate, they are looking to get to the bottom of this mess, and they certainly aren’t wasting any time beating around the bush.

Former acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will be the first witness to testify in the Senate Judiciary Committee’s investigation into the origins of the Russia probe.

The Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., announced Wednesday that Rosenstein is scheduled to testify before the committee on June 3 at 10:00 a.m.

The hearing, according to the committee, will be titled “Oversight of the Crossfire Hurricane Investigation: Day 1.”

Why Rosenstein?

“Crossfire Hurricane” is the FBI’s internal code name for the bureau’s original investigation into whether members of the Trump campaign were colluding with Russia to influence the 2016 presidential election. That investigation was launched by the FBI in July 2016. Former special counsel Robert Mueller’s team eventually announced that it found no evidence of coordination.

“Mr. Rosenstein will testify about the new revelations contained in the Horowitz report concerning the FISA warrant applications and other matters,” Graham said in a statement Wednesday. “This will be the first in a series of oversight hearings regarding all things Crossfire Hurricane and the Mueller investigation.”

The truth may be just over the horizon, and that does not bode well for the Democrats’ chances of taking back the White House in 2020.

Trump Tweets Eye-Opening ObamaGate Comparison as Joe Pientka Remains At-Large

The left is trying to cover their tracks, but President Trump has employed some of the world’s finest political bloodhounds.

Published

Where there was once “RussiaGate”, we now have the all-encompassing ObamaGate scandal, in which every new piece of evidence we discover appears to support the idea that the outgoing administration, under the supervision and responsibility of Barack Obama, was involved in the sort of smear campaign that Hollywood producers would pan as being too “far-fetched” for the silver screen.

This is the sort of controversy that could blow Washington wide open, especially as it becomes ever clearer that high-level officials within No. 44’s administration were intimately involved with the plan to frame incoming President Donald Trump as some sort of Kremlin double-agent.

With new evidence emerging every day, it was only a matter of time before the comparisons between ObamaGate and other major scandals emerged.

President Donald Trump continued Wednesday to raise questions about former President Barack Obama spying on his campaign during the 2016 election.

“OBAMAGATE MAKES WATERGATE LOOK LIKE SMALL POTATOES!” he wrote on Twitter in all-caps.

Then came even more damning allegations.

“New papers make CLEAR that the Obama Administration SPIED, in an unprecedented manner, on the Trump Campaign and beyond, and even on the United States Senate,” he wrote.

Trump spent Tuesday night retweeting news and information on Twitter about the Russia “hoax” investigation as Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grennell spent his last day declassifying new documents about the case.

On Tuesday, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany suggested the newly confirmed Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe could release more information about the tactics used by the FBI and the Obama administration to spy on Trump’s campaign.

“This President has overseen an ODNI (Office of the Director of National Intelligence) that has given the American people a lot of information that I think they’re entitled to see,” she said during a press briefing. “And one of the things the President has asked for is, where are the 302s — the summaries of that interview with Michael Flynn?”

The missing 302’s have become the next hinge point in this necessary counter investigation, and the only man left who can help sort his out, FBI Agent Joe Pientka, has essentially gone missing.

House Republicans Sue Pelosi For Defying ‘231-Year Constitutional Tradition’ With Proxy Voting

Published

on

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy announces a lawsuit against Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) brought by his party’s caucus in an effort to block voting by proxy in the chamber.

“I just filed a lawsuit in federal court to overturn Speaker Pelosi’s unconstitutional proxy voting scheme,” tweeted McCarthy on Tuesday evening. “It could allow as few as 20 Representatives to control the votes of 220. This is NOT the representative democracy our Founders envisioned or what our Constitution allows.”

TDW:

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) filed a lawsuit against Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Tuesday evening in an attempt to block the House of Representatives from allowing representatives to vote on behalf of up to ten other members of Congress as a designated proxy voter.

In addition to McCarthy, nearly two dozen Republican members of Congress have signed on as plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which also names the sergeant-at-arms and House clerk, two figures who serve a notable role in the proxy voting plan, as defendants.

The lawsuit states that, so far, 55 members of Congress had sent letters to the House clerk designating another representative as their official proxy voter. As of Tuesday evening, an additional four members of congress officially designated another representative as their proxy, bringing the total to 59 members, all of whom are Democrats.

The lawsuit, a copy of which was posted by The New York Times, accuses the Majority of ignoring “what the constitution demands of it,” and asks that the court “not do the same” in its ruling. More

The representatives need to show up for work or resign from their office. These people are overpaid and get benefits for life the least they can do is show up in person to do their jobs. They already get too many privileges and have enough special rules just for themselves. The rest of us are going back to work and they should too.

POTUS Reflect on ‘Chance to Break the Deep State’ in Powerful New Interview

President Trump is practically daring the Deep State to show themselves at this point.

Published

on

Donald Trump’s election in 2016 was largely predicated on the idea that the NYC business mogul would arrive in Washington DC and figuratively burn the place to the ground.

The American people had been victimized long enough by the lobbyists, special interest groups, and other vermin that dwelled within the Washington swamp.  Trump understood this explicitly and made sure to promote his hopes for extermination during that grueling campaign.

Now, from his post in the Oval Office, President Trump is continuing this populist campaign, and doing so with such gusto that he has made the once-clandestine “Deep State” a household moniker.

During a recent interview with Sharyl Atkisson, the Commander in Chief even went so far as to call out the Deep State by name, threatening to “break” them in the coming months.

“When you look at what [acting DNI] Richard Grenell has done in eight weeks, these people didn’t do anything for two and a half years. They should have been exposing this. So I’m very disappointed in certain people. And some people have done a phenomenal job, but what am I doing? I’m fighting the deep state. I’m fighting the swamp. And I said I was doing it. And I’m exposing the swamp. I think if it keeps going the way I’m going, and Ratcliffe is fantastic,” he said.

“If it keeps going the way it’s going, I have a chance to break the deep state. It’s a vicious group of people. It’s very bad for our country. And that’s never happened before,” Trump said.

The storm is coming, folks, and the President is ready to hunker down and push us on through to the other side of it.

President Trump Told by Baltimore Mayor to ‘STAY AWAY’ for Memorial Day

This is a stunt, plain and simple, and we can only hope that Americans will see right through it.

Published

on

In this time of great “resistance”, every Democratic politician and their brother is grandstanding in an effort to be seen “standing up” to Donald Trump.

This is the cheapest and easiest way for the liberal left to score political points in 2020, and some of these shenanigans are just too ridiculous to believe.

Take Baltimore’s Mayor for example, who took to Twitter, (and not official channels of communication), to implore that President Trump not complete a preplanned visit to the city for Memorial Day.

The mayor of Baltimore is asking President Donald Trump to stay home ahead of a planned trip to Fort McHenry for Memorial Day, calling it “not a smart thing to do” as the city remains on lockdown over the coronavirus.

“That President Trump is deciding to pursue non-essential travel sends the wrong message to our residents, many of whom have been disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 virus,” Mayor Bernard “Jack” Young said in a statement Thursday.

Trump is scheduled on Monday to visit the city’s Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine, which has been closed to all visitors since late March due to the coronavirus. While Maryland began phasing out its statewide “stay-at-home” order last week, the city of Baltimore’s is still in place. Young told CNN on Friday he got no heads-up about Trump’s visit.

“Dear Mr. President @realDonaldTrump, please stay home!” Young said on Twitter Thursday.

The smackdown that Young received from the White House was swift and epic.

A spokesperson for the White House, Judd Deere, said in a statement that Trump will not stay home.

“The brave men and women who have preserved our freedoms for generations did not stay home and the President will not either as he honors their sacrifice by visiting such a historic landmark in our Nation’s history,” Deere said.

This is a stunt, plain and simple, and we can only hope that Americans will see right through it.
