Democrat Party Kicks Out 26-Year State Legislator Because He’s Pro-Life

The Tennessee Democratic Party voted today to remove state Rep. John DeBerry, Jr. off the Aug. 6 primary ballot as a Democratic candidate.

DeBerry, an ordained Church of Christ minister, said he has “stood against abortion consistently” since the 1970s. His father, who also was a preacher, spoke out against it too.

When Democrats say there’s no room for pro-life people in the Democrat party, they really mean it. And Democrats in the state of Tennessee literally just removed a 26-year state legislator from the August primary ballot because he’s pro-life on abortion.

The Tennessee Democratic Party voted Wednesday to remove state Rep. John DeBerry from the August 6th primary ballot. berry represents District 90 and is from Memphis. But he can no longer represent the party before voters because he doesn’t stand for the “value” of killing babies in abortions. And the vote wasn’t even close — as the radical abortion activists who run the Democrat Party voted 41-18 to kick him out.

As the Tennessean reports:

Tennessee Democratic Party chair Mary Mancini said it was standard procedure for the State Democratic Primary Board to vote on challenges to candidates appearing on the ballot.

“After a long meeting in which we heard challenges and evidence, we did what we thought was best to protect the Tennessee Democratic Party and the values we stand for,” Mancini said.

The former Democrat didn’t mince words in a statement issued after the vote. More

Satanic Church Claims Abortion Restrictions are ‘Unconstitutional’ Because it’s Part of Their ‘Religion’

The Satanic Temple is now claiming that abortion restrictions in the states infringes on their “religious rights.”

Published

on

The Satanic Temple is now claiming that abortion restrictions infringe on their “religious rights” because ritual abortion is a part of their “religious” practices.

Now The Satanic Temple (TST) wants the federal government to step in and prevent the various states from enacting local abortion restrictions claiming that the limits are “unconstitutional.”

“TST bases its assertions of abortion mandate exemptions on the protections provided by State Religious Freedom Restoration Acts or RFRA, which generally prohibits the government from substantially interfering with a person’s free exercise of religion,” TST said in a press release.

The group claims that first trimester abortions are a rite in their church and states can’t restrict abortion to prevent them from practicing their supposed religion, according to KUTV Channel 2.

“Many states have laws that interfere with our members’ ability to practice their religious beliefs. No Christian would accept a mandatory waiting period before they can partake in Communion,” TST spokeswoman Jane Essex, said.

“No Christian would tolerate a law that insists state counseling is necessary before someone can be baptized. Our members are justly entitled to religious liberty in order to practice our rituals as well,” Essex added.

The TV station added:

The Religious Freedoms Restoration Act was introduced by Chuck Schumer and Ted Kennedy and passed both House and Senate virtually unanimously and was signed by President Bill Clinton in 1993. In a 5-4 Supreme Court decision it was ruled that the federal-only law, intended for religious non-profits, could also be applied to a for-profit business.

In 1973 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that a woman has the freedom to choose an abortion without excessive government restrictions, striking down many state and federal abortion laws. It said in a 7-2 decision that Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects a pregnant woman’s right to choose an abortion but that right isn’t absolute. At the time in Texas, where the case started, abortions were only allowed in circumstances similar to Utah’s current 2020 abortion law in waiting.

TST claims that its rights are protected by these laws and that abortion restrictions are illegal.

“The law is clearly on our side. If RFRA states do not want to recognize our rights, they will ultimately have to claim that our abortions are not satanic,” Essex exclaimed. “Given that many people fanatically insist that all abortions are satanic, the states’ argument will be very unpopular. Not only will those who deny Satanists their religious freedom be denounced by defenders of liberty, but they will also be detested by those who demonize abortion. Hopefully, states will do the right thing and respect our legal rights.”

‘Fact-Checker’ Silent After Being Debunked That Planned Parenthood’s Margaret Sanger Had Ties to KKK

Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger was a racist who spoke at KKK meetings, but “fact-checker” Politifact falsely says it’s untrue.

Published

on

For years, conservatives have noted that Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger was a racist who spoke at KKK meetings, but so-called “fact-checker” PolitiFact always claimed this was false. Now, PolitiFact is silent in the face of Planned Parenthood’s own admission that Sanger was, indeed, a stark raving racist.

In Oct. of 2015, PolitiFact wrote a long article claiming to debunk conservatives who say that Sanger spoke at meetings of the Ku Klux Klan and commented positively about her meetings with the racist, hate group.

In particular, PolitiFact moved to “debunk” the assertion about Sanger made by Housing and Urban Development Secretary, Dr. Ben Carson. In a speech for his short candidacy for the presidency in 2015, Carson said, “Margaret Sanger was a eugenicist. She believed that people like me [black Americans] should be eliminated, or kept under control.”

PolitiFact ruled this line to be “false.”

“While Sanger indeed supported the eugenics movement, substantial evidence shows that she was not racist and in fact worked closely with black leaders and health care professionals,” PolitiFact bloviated. It said that Carson’s claim “bears no relation to historical reality.”

Many conservatives have made this claim about Sanger and leftists have always claimed it is a false assertion.

But now, Planned Parenthood itself is finally admitting that its founder was an abject racist and has moved to distance itself from Sanger. Planned Parenthood of Greater New York (PPGNY) renounced Sanger this week, and removed her name from its Manhattan clinic.

Planned Parenthood spokesman Merle McGee, told the New York Times, “The biggest concern with Margaret Sanger is her public support for the eugenics medical philosophy which was rooted in racism, ableism and classism.”

Meanwhile, PolitiFact has refused to comment about its fake “fact-checking” article when quizzed by the Washington Free Beacon.

Imagine that.

The upshot is, all these so-called “fact checkers” are liars looking to skew the truth to fit a left-wing agenda.

A bit on Sanger from Daniel J. Flynn:

Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger spoke at a 1926 Ku Klux Klan rally, used the “n” word in reference to blacks, and deemed Aboriginal Australians “the lowest known species of the human family, just a step higher than the chimpanzee in brain development.” “The Jewish people and Italian families,” she testified to the New York legislature, “who are filling the insane asylums, who are filling the hospitals and filling our feeble-minded institutions, these are the ones the tax payers have to pay for the upkeep of, and they are increasing the budget of the State, the enormous expense of the State is increasing because of the multiplication of the unfit in this country and in the State.”

And more from Flynn:

Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger spoke at a Ku Klux Klan gathering in 1926. She called “the aboriginal Australian” the “lowest known species of the human family, just a step higher than the chimpanzee in brain development.” In one letter, she used the n-word to refer to a black man.

“The Jewish people and Italian families,” she testified before the New York legislature, “who are filling the insane asylums, who are filling the hospitals and are filling our feeble-minded institutions, those are the ones the tax payers have to pay for the upkeep of, and they are increasing the budget of the state, the enormous expense of the state is increasing because of the multiplication of the unfit in this country and in the state.”

As Hitler came to power in Germany, Planned Parenthood’s founder unveiled her similar vision for America. Her “Plan for World Peace” called for “a stern and rigid policy of sterilization and segregation to that grade of population whose progeny is already tainted, or whose inheritance is such that objectionable traits may be transmitted to offspring.” The plan allowed for a segment holding dysgenic traits “their choice of segregation or sterilization.” The rest received no such “choice.” She envisioned the plan manifesting in “farm lands and homestead for these segregated persons where they would be taught to work under competent instructors for the period of their entire lives.” Sanger’s “Plan for World Peace” rivaled Hitler “Final Solution” in its scope. “Having corralled this enormous part of our population and placed it on a basis of health instead of punishment,” she wrote, “it is safe to say that fifteen or twenty millions of our population would then be organized into soldiers of defense — defending the unborn against their own disability.”

Kanye West Slams Planned Parenthood as White Supremacist Devils

Rapper Kanye West isays that Planned Parenthood has been sent by white supremacist into the inner city to kill black babies.

Published

Rapper Kanye West is stirring the left up once again, this time saying that Planned Parenthood has been sent by white supremacists into the inner city to kill black babies and do the devil’s work.

The billionaire rapper and fashion mogul recently spoke to Forbes and declared himself pro-life. But he also took a stick to abortion mill operator, Planned Parenthood.

“Planned Parenthoods have been placed inside cities by white supremacists to do the Devil’s work,” West told the magazine.

Indeed, 2010 Census Bureau data shows that a most of Planned Parenthood’s surgical abortion facilities within less than two miles of neighborhoods with high black populations. As Breitbart News noted, a Life Issues Institute analysis found that “102 out of 165, or 62% of the Planned Parenthood abortion facilities are located in areas with relatively high African American populations, or in ‘targeted neighborhoods.'”

“The Census 2010 data shows that 55 out of 165, or 33% are within walking distance of a census tract that is at least 50% Hispanic. The census tract data provide an accurate portrayal of the populations around Planned Parenthood abortion facilities,” the group added.

West continued telling Forbes that he is 100 percent pro-life, saying, “I am pro-life because I’m following the word of the bible.”

“We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States!” he added in a tweet.

Whether he is serious or not about running for president, it is unlikely he would be able to get his name on many state ballots this late in the game.

Chief Justice John Roberts Sells Out Unborn Babies

Roberts strikes again!

Chief Justice John Roberts Sells Out Unborn Babies

Chief Justice John Roberts joined the pro-abortion majority and issued his own opinion relying on Supreme Court precedent, saying that because the high court had struck down a Texas law requiring abortionists to have admitting privileges so they can get urgent medical care for women injured by botched abortions, a similar Louisiana law should be struck down too. Yet he went against his own judgment because he voted with the court’s minority to uphold to Texas law.

“The result, in this case, is controlled by our decision four years ago invalidating a nearly identical Texas law,” he wrote in his concurrence in the judgment. “The Louisiana law burdens women seeking previability abortions to the same extent as the Texas law, according to factual findings that are not clearly erroneous.”

Life News:

The Supreme Court struck down a Louisiana pro-life law today that saves babies from abortion and protects women’s health thanks to Chief Justice John Roberts joining the four abortion advocates on the nation’s highest court.

The 2014 Louisiana law at the center of the case requires abortion providers to have hospital admitting privileges to treat patients with emergency complications. If allowed to take effect, it could close shoddy abortion facilities that are not prepared to help patients suffering from emergency complications.

But abortion activists filed a lawsuit in June Medical Services v. Russo (previously v. Gee) claim the law is an “undue burden” on access to abortion. The abortion facility Hope Medical Group for Women and the pro-abortion Center for Reproductive Rights law firm are sued to overturn it. More

John Roberts is worse than Ruth Bader Ginsburg. At least everyone knew what they were getting with RBG. Roberts talked like a conservative but became a turncoat once he was confirmed. He’s a sellout and part of the swamp.

Get the money back and fine the bank that gave it to them.

TDW:

According to the federal government, thirty-seven Planned Parenthood affiliates filed for a total of $80 in loans from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) despite the fact that they weren’t eligible for the loans.

The Planned Parenthood affiliates received the money. Now the federal government wants the money back.

As Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” reports, the Small Business Administration (SBA) is contacting the Planned Parenthood affiliates to point out affiliates of larger organizations with more than 500 employees cannot receive PPP funds. Fox News noted, “The Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PFFA) alone has had more than 600 employees.”

SBA noted that if the Planned Parenthood affiliates made knowingly false statements, criminal or civil sanctions could be imposed, adding, “PPFA’s bylaws, a version of which is publicly available, reveal that becoming a PPFA affiliate requires a certification by the PPFA board. Once certified, each Affiliate shall be governed by written bylaws, which conform to PPFA polices.” More

Hundreds of innocent babies die every hour. Where are the sirens? Where are the rescue workers for them? Can you imagine if a lullaby played for every time a baby is aborted? The song would never-ending.

On Monday night, CBS aired a special episode of The Price is Right at Night featuring RuPaul and it sparked heated reactions from viewers on social media.

The longest-running game show in television history aired last night with regular host Drew Carey joined by the host of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” RuPaul. The famous drag queen was on hand to help raise money for charity, with the show promising to match all the contestants’ prize winnings with a donation to Planned Parenthood.

Life News:

One of America’s favorite game shows “The Price Is Right” donated nearly $100,000 to the abortion chain Planned Parenthood on Monday night.

Yahoo News reports the CBS special “The Price Is Right at Night” featured celebrity guest drag queen RuPaul playing for donations to the billion-dollar abortion group.

According to the report, the show matched the contestants’ winnings with a donation to RuPaul’s charity of choice, and the contestants won prizes valued at $97,266.

On the show, RuPaul said he chose Planned Parenthood because it “provides vital and often free services to both men and women.”

But many fans were not happy about the donation to the abortion chain, Decider reports.

“Giving away $97K to Planned Parenthood – you have got to be kidding me!! You’ve lost a lifelong fan!!” one viewer responded on Twitter.

“Price is Right on CBS is raising money to ABORT BABIES tonight in primetime,” another added.

“Do you realize how much money Planned Parenthood already gets handed to them from the government?!?!” another former fan wrote online. “Now you give the abortion clinic MORE money?? You should be ashamed of yourselves. You lost a longtime viewer.” More

Bernie Sanders: Free Abortions For Everyone

Published

on

By

2020 presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) rolled out his new radical abortion agenda: ‘Free’ abortion for everyone, banning abstinence sex ed, and defunding crisis pregnancy centers.

The plan drew applause from NARAL Pro-Choice America President Ilyse Hogue, who called it “robust” and “a very solid plan on its merits” while saying they “would like to see the same” from former Vice President Joe Biden.

Life News:

Bernie Sanders is radically pro-abortion. He’s also a Socialist. So his new campaign plan should not be surprising: Free abortions for everyone!

Sanders, like most Democrats, may talk a good game about health care for everyone and supporting women, but Sanders has no plan to provide health care for unborn children and instead of supporting pregnant women he merely pushes abortions. But Sanders doesn’t want abortions to just be legal and available for any reason up to birth, he wants them to be free — completely paid for at taxpayer expense.

Here’s more:  To begin, Sanders’ plan promises that, under his signature “Medicare for All” plan, “the Hyde Amendment will be repealed and all reproductive health services will be provided free at the point of service.” Of course, the government cannot really make any commodity or service truly “free,” but merely change how it is paid for and who pays for it, meaning that this would leave American taxpayers to pick up the tab for all abortion services.  More

There are no reproductive rights issues. Aborting babies isn’t a reproductive right. Funny how the devil can give murder a new name and have gullible people applaud it. It’s over Bern, you got DNC’ed, again!

Fortunately, this will never happen. The majority of Americans will never allow a socialist for president.
