Dem Legislator Says Trump Should be Prosecuted for ‘Crimes Against Humanity’

We won’t hold our breath.

From the very onset of Donald Trump’s political career, there have been attempts to shame and label him, undoubted due to his “outsider” status.

This isn’t unexpected.  President Trump sauntered into Washington under the auspices of “draining the swamp”, knowing full well that the swamp was going to fight back…and with gusto.  This was always going to be an uphill battle for Trump, and that’s just how he likes it.

But the lengths to which some of Trump’s enemies will go in order to attack the Commander in Chief?  No one could have predicted just how out-of-control that aspect of “the resistance” would get.

State Rep. Tavia Galonski tweeted Sunday after President Trump spoke about hydroxychloroquine at his daily press briefing. The drug, normally used to treat malaria, is one of several that the president has pointed to as showing promise in the fight against COVID-19, but its effectiveness has been a subject of debate.

Trending: Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot Sent Armed Police To Shut Down Black Baptist Church

“I can’t take it anymore. I’ve been to The Hague. I’m making a referral for crimes against humanity tomorrow,” Galonski said. “Today’s press conference was the last straw. I know the need for a prosecution referral when I see one.”

When asked to defend her comments, Galonski was reticent.

Fox News asked Rep. Galonski if there is a specific crime she is accusing Trump of committing, and how she plans on pursuing charges given the United States’ non-member status. She did not immediately respond.

And, as if you thought that this was perhaps a simple stunt by the enthusiastic Representative….

POTUS Reflect on ‘Chance to Break the Deep State’ in Powerful New Interview

President Trump is practically daring the Deep State to show themselves at this point.

Donald Trump’s election in 2016 was largely predicated on the idea that the NYC business mogul would arrive in Washington DC and figuratively burn the place to the ground.

The American people had been victimized long enough by the lobbyists, special interest groups, and other vermin that dwelled within the Washington swamp.  Trump understood this explicitly and made sure to promote his hopes for extermination during that grueling campaign.

Now, from his post in the Oval Office, President Trump is continuing this populist campaign, and doing so with such gusto that he has made the once-clandestine “Deep State” a household moniker.

During a recent interview with Sharyl Atkisson, the Commander in Chief even went so far as to call out the Deep State by name, threatening to “break” them in the coming months.

“When you look at what [acting DNI] Richard Grenell has done in eight weeks, these people didn’t do anything for two and a half years. They should have been exposing this. So I’m very disappointed in certain people. And some people have done a phenomenal job, but what am I doing? I’m fighting the deep state. I’m fighting the swamp. And I said I was doing it. And I’m exposing the swamp. I think if it keeps going the way I’m going, and Ratcliffe is fantastic,” he said.

“If it keeps going the way it’s going, I have a chance to break the deep state. It’s a vicious group of people. It’s very bad for our country. And that’s never happened before,” Trump said.

The storm is coming, folks, and the President is ready to hunker down and push us on through to the other side of it.

President Trump Told by Baltimore Mayor to ‘STAY AWAY’ for Memorial Day

This is a stunt, plain and simple, and we can only hope that Americans will see right through it.

In this time of great “resistance”, every Democratic politician and their brother is grandstanding in an effort to be seen “standing up” to Donald Trump.

This is the cheapest and easiest way for the liberal left to score political points in 2020, and some of these shenanigans are just too ridiculous to believe.

Take Baltimore’s Mayor for example, who took to Twitter, (and not official channels of communication), to implore that President Trump not complete a preplanned visit to the city for Memorial Day.

The mayor of Baltimore is asking President Donald Trump to stay home ahead of a planned trip to Fort McHenry for Memorial Day, calling it “not a smart thing to do” as the city remains on lockdown over the coronavirus.

“That President Trump is deciding to pursue non-essential travel sends the wrong message to our residents, many of whom have been disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 virus,” Mayor Bernard “Jack” Young said in a statement Thursday.

Trump is scheduled on Monday to visit the city’s Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine, which has been closed to all visitors since late March due to the coronavirus. While Maryland began phasing out its statewide “stay-at-home” order last week, the city of Baltimore’s is still in place. Young told CNN on Friday he got no heads-up about Trump’s visit.

“Dear Mr. President @realDonaldTrump, please stay home!” Young said on Twitter Thursday.

The smackdown that Young received from the White House was swift and epic.

A spokesperson for the White House, Judd Deere, said in a statement that Trump will not stay home.

“The brave men and women who have preserved our freedoms for generations did not stay home and the President will not either as he honors their sacrifice by visiting such a historic landmark in our Nation’s history,” Deere said.

This is a stunt, plain and simple, and we can only hope that Americans will see right through it.

Democratic Pundit Says Biden’s ‘You Ain’t Black’ Comment Won’t Mean ‘Diddly Squat’

This whole argument sounds like the dialogue from a B-grade movie set in the 1940’s.

At the end of this 2020 race, the Democrats are going to be exhausted.  They’ve already spent much of race trying to carry poor, old Joe Biden across the finish line, despite his constant stream of worrisome gibberish and tawdry temper tantrums.

It should be telling that the Democrats’ best shot at taking the White House back is a man who once called a female town hall attendee a “lying, dog-faced pony soldier”, and then told a Detroit factory worker that he was “full of sh**” just weeks later.  This is the very best that the party can muster, and now the onus is on their operatives to keep the Biden dream alive…for what that’s worth.

That’s why they paraded out a similarly archaic-tongued pundit to try to defend Biden’s recent insinuation that “you ain’t black” if you’re considering voting for Donald Trump.

Friday on MSNBC’s “The 11th Hour,” Democratic strategist James Carville was dismissive of comments made by presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden earlier in the day, which he told radio’s “The Breakfast Club” if one did not vote for him, they “ain’t black.”

Carville acknowledged it was a “dumb thing” for the former vice president to say. However, he downplayed the long-term political consequences.

“Look, it was kind of a dumb thing to say,” Carville said. “And he said I’m sorry. I said it. This is him. The effects of this are through the weekend, all right? This is not going to be mean diddly squat in the long-term. And Gene is right. You’ve got one guy telling people to take Clorox and a drug that is ill-advised against. It is not an equivalency, but the Democrats — we love to go, ‘Oh God, oh God, Biden is terrible. He messed up. What are we going to do?’”

One can only imagine what other political travesties don’t “mean diddly squat” to James Carville these days.

Comey in The Crosshairs Again as Wray Opens Probe into FBI’s Handling of Gen. Flynn

Now that’s how you drain a swamp!

President Trump told the world that he was going to Washington to drain the swamp, and that is precisely what he’s doing.

And no single case is quite as swampy as the one surrounding former national security advisor Michael Flynn, who was charged with lying to the FBI but later had his charges dropped by the Department of Justice after it was revealed that the FBI has considered tricking him into lying.  Then, when that evidence wasn’t strong enough, the Bureau appeared to have rewritten their assessment of the interview in order to send Flynn up the river.

Despite the DOJ’s action, Judge Emmet Sullivan is continuing to exploit his position to keep Flynn on the ropes.

Amid this continued kerfuffle, the FBI is now launching their own investigation into what exactly happened during that 2017 probe.

The FBI announced Friday that Director Chris Wray has ordered an internal review of the handling of the bureau’s investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn, which will include examining whether current FBI employees “engaged in misconduct.”

“FBI Director Christopher Wray today ordered the Bureau’s Inspection Division to conduct an after-action review of the Michael Flynn investigation,” the bureau said in a statement.

The review will be handled by the bureau’s Inspection Division, the FBI said. That division is similar to an internal affairs office in a police department.

The situation is no joke, either.

The bureau said the “after-action review” will have a two-fold purpose: evaluating the FBI’s role in the case and determining whether any “current employees engaged in misconduct,” as well as identifying whether any “improvements” might be warranted to FBI procedures.

“Although the FBI does not have the prosecutorial authority to bring a criminal case, the Inspection Division can and will evaluate whether any current onboard employees engaged in actions that might warrant disciplinary measures,” the FBI said.

And while the “current employees” line may only apply to the mysterious Joe Pientka, there is little dope that whatever Wray finds will have former Director James Comey’s fingerprints all over it, which could in turn prompt a congressional investigation as well.

Democratic Congressman Under Fire for Ugly Criticism of Judge in Mike Flynn Case

The Flynn case is as polarizing as it gets, with Democrats scrambling to hastily cover their ties to this Deep State debauchery.

General Michael Flynn has become the poster child for Deep State victimization as of late, and this has caused some frayed nerves on Capitol Hill.

Flynn’s case appears to be the quintessential story of a few dirty cops trying to roll someone over in order to build momentum in an investigation that is otherwise going nowhere.  Newly declassified intel shows that Flynn’s FBI interrogators were already considering a plan to frame him for lying to them – which is precisely what the former national security adviser was charged with when it was all said and done.

Upon the publication of that revelation, the Department of Justice stepped in to drop the charges against Flynn.  Next thing you know, Flynn is being further entangled by Judge Emmet Sullivan’s rogue ruling that the case will now feature amicus briefs from noted anti-Trump voices.

Now, as Flynn and his team look to circumvent this ridiculous attempt to prolong the General’s legal trouble, a number of Congressmen are now sparring over the case.

Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., two of the most vocal members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, clashed Thursday over comments Whitehouse made calling one of the judges now reviewing proceedings in the Michael Flynn case a “cartoon of a fake judge.”

The dispute followed a request from Flynn’s lawyers earlier this week for an emergency writ of mandamus — an order from a higher court telling a lower official how to do their job — from the D.C. Circuit Court that would order District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan to let the Department of Justice (DOJ) drop its prosecution of Flynn, overturn a previous order from Sullivan allowing outside parties to weigh in on the case and take Sullivan off of it.

A three-judge panel for the circuit court Thursday directed Sullivan to respond to Flynn’s petition, a sign that it is taking the request seriously, provoking Whitehouse to slam one of the Trump-appointed judges in comments posted to Twitter.

Here’s where it gets ugly.

Where you see [D.C. Circuit Court Judge] Neomi Rao, you can expect a lot of Trumpy dirt to follow,” Whitehouse said. “She’s a cartoon of a fake judge. Watch this space.”

Lee fired back, criticizing Whitehouse for an “ad hominem” attack on the sitting judge who Whitehouse has previously said has an “ideology … birthed in the petri dish of the Republican corporate donor class.”

“Not cool, Sheldon,” said the senator, who has been on President Trump’s Supreme Court shortlist. “Judge Rao is a gifted, hard-working legal scholar and jurist. I know you disagree with her here—and I strongly disagree with you on that point—but is it ever appropriate to call a sitting jurist ‘a cartoon of a fake judge’? I can’t think of a good reason. Ever.”

Lee continued: “I disagree with federal judges all the time. I even express my disagreement. But what good comes from this kind of an ad hominem attack on an individual jurist, using words like ‘cartoon’ and ‘fake’?”

Senator Ted Cruz later chimed in as well, calling Whitehouse’s comments “shameful”.

ObamaGate Soldiers Exposed: Where in the World is Joe Pientka?

Pientka’s conspicuous absence from the public arena, especially after Republicans have demanded his testimony, seems to indicate that he’s being squirreled away by some powerful people.

As the nation delves ever deeper into the continuously unfurling ObamaGate scandal, many of those involved have been shielded from scrutiny by both the Deep State and their lapdogs in the mainstream media.  Perhaps no man is more intrinsically intertwined with the entire ordeal than the FBI’s Joe Pientka – yet he remains largely anonymous, even in politically-versed circles.

Pientka held a key role in the impetus of the RussiaGate hoax, which was just recently swallowed whole by the realization that it was part of ObamaGate this whole time.  Most famously, the FBI spook was present at a now-infamous interview between the Bureau and General Michael Flynn.

“I am innocent,” [Flynn] writes in a new filing, explaining that he pleaded guilty in 2017 to making false statements to the FBI because he felt helpless to fight the charges: He’d already had to sell his home to pay legal costs and was told his son could be indicted, too.

The “crime” came days after the inauguration, when FBI agents Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka questioned Flynn at the White House about his conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Yet the FBI had already reviewed transcripts of the calls and found nothing illicit. The visit was a fishing expedition: The agents even skipped the customary heads-up to the president’s Office of Legal Counsel — aiming to avoid having a lawyer present for the talk.

Even so, Strzok and Pientka wound up finding “no indication” that Flynn had lied to them. But then FBI lawyer Lisa Page (Strzok’s mistress at the time) instructed them to alter their official writeup of the conversation to say otherwise. And that’s the entire basis of the charges against him.

This places Pientka in a peculiar position.  Well, a peculiar and clandestine position.

You see, Pientka is the only person out there who hasn’t publicly given his take on this meeting with Flynn, and was almost certainly one of the authors of the now-infamous and still-missing original 302 from this portion of the investigation.

In other words:  Pientka may hold the keys to the castle, but he has been mysteriously scrubbed from civilian existence – despite being one of the only one of the ObamaGate soldiers who’s still apparently working for the FBI.

Attempts to trace his whereabouts, or track him down for an interview, have gone cold – and the internet doesn’t offer us any clues outside of a couple of public White Pages listings out west.

When searching, one can find a number of political donations linked to a name identical to his wife’s maiden name, all of which were sent via the Democratic donation portal ActBlue.

Of these half-dozen donations, all were earmarked for PAC’s supporting either Bernie Sanders (2016), Julian Castro (2020), or Pete Buttigieg (2020).

If one digs deeper, they’ll find that a woman with a name identical to Pientka’s mother is also quite the prolific progressive donor, having donated to ActBlue 116 times since August of 2017, sometimes on multiple consecutive days, and in amounts ranging from $5 to $25.

Those donations were earmarked for all manner of recipients, including the DCCC, Adam Schiff’s congressional campaign, and the House Majority PAC.

Outside of these morsels of possible information, Pientka is a ghost.

For their part, congressional Republicans do seem to be pushing to hear from Agent Pientka – but their efforts have been largely stifled by the FBI.

From earlier this month:

Reps. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and Mike Johnson, R-La., on Monday demanded that FBI Director Christopher Wray provide a slew of information after last week’s bombshell revelations in the case of former national security adviser Michael Flynn — and the lawmakers are specifically seeking to question a mysterious FBI agent, Joe Pientka, who participated in the January 2017 White House interview that led to Flynn’s prosecution.

Pientka was conspicuously removed from the FBI’s website after Fox News contacted the FBI about his extensive role in Crossfire Hurricane Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) matters — a change first noticed by Twitter user Techno Fog — but sources say Pientka remains in a senior role at the agency’s San Francisco field office.

The FBI, speaking to Fox News last December, asserted that reporting on Pientka’s identity would potentially endanger his life and would serve no legitimate journalistic purpose. Republicans have previously sought to question Pientka, however, beginning in 2018. On Monday, the FBI declined to provide any additional comment.

One can only assume that Pientka is being squirreled away for some reason or another, and given his proximity to the missing 302 form, ObamaGate investigators would be foolish to ignore the possibility that this mystery man possesses something that the Deep State doesn’t want to see the light of day.

Until he is compelled to come forward, however, there is no telling what he truly knows.

Dems Try Fishing for More Mueller Evidence, Get Their Line Snapped by SCOTUS

The Democrats tried launching another fishing expedition, but they’re headed home hungry and empty-handed.

You would think that after the poor showing they’ve had in recent weeks, that the Democrats would be a little more aware of the political piles they’re stepping in.

Apparently not.

Over the course of the last several weeks, we’ve seen what was once “RussiaGate” transform into ObamaGate, (no need for quotations; it’s real), thanks to a number of newly declassified revelations that have come from deep within the intelligence community.

The most prominent has been the disclosure of handwritten notes from the FBI in which agents openly discussed framing former national security adviser Michael Flynn by tricking him into lying to them.  That news prompted the DOJ to drop the case against Flynn, in which he was being charged with, (you guessed it), lying to the FBI.

Despite the growing mountain of evidence of a Democratic operation meant to delegitimize the election of Donald Trump, the left just can’t seem to get enough of the “RussiaGate” nonsense.  They had even gone so far as beg for access to further materials from the Robert Mueller-led investigation.

The Supreme Court was not on board.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday temporarily prevented the House of Representatives from obtaining secret grand jury testimony from special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.

The court’s unsigned order granted the Trump administration’s request to keep previously undisclosed details from the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election out of the hands of Democratic lawmakers, at least until early summer.

The court will decide then whether to extend its hold and schedule the case for arguments in the fall. If it does, it’s likely the administration will be able to put off the release of any materials until after Election Day. Arguments themselves might not even take place before Americans decide whether to give President Donald Trump a second term.

For justices eager to avoid a definitive ruling, the delay could mean never having to decide the case, if either Trump loses or Republicans regain control of the House next year. It’s hard to imagine the Biden administration would object to turning over the Mueller documents or House Republicans would continue to press for them.

This could be a blessing in disguise for the Democrats, however, as each new bit of evidence extracted from deep within the bowels of the Bureau’s “RussiaGate” probe seems to confirm the theory that the entire ruse was an orchestrated hit on Donald Trump.
