Buffalo Cops at Center of Gruesome Incident to Be Charged with Felonies Saturday

The news comes on the heels of the revelation that the entire Buffalo Emergency Response Team quit in solidarity with these two officers after the incident warranted their suspension.

On Friday, Americans were faced with a rude awakening as the tensions in our nation boiled over into some absurd behavior by a group of Buffalo, New York police officers.

The moment was captured on video, with a small battalion of riot-control police officers moving into frame, marching forward to apparently confront protesters.  Suddenly, an elderly man is in the midst of the well-oiled para-military machine, appearing to be attempting to return some equipment to the officers.

Then, in what can only be described as a fit of rage, two officers shoved the 75-year old man to the ground, where he is then seen lying motionless while bleeding from the skull and ears.

Worse still is the fact that only one police officer appears to show any compassion to the injured man, and this “good apple” is just practically dragged back into marching formation by an officer behind him.

Tonight, as Buffalonians protests in droves, there were new developments in the case.

Four sources confirm to 7 Eyewitness News that two suspended officers from the Buffalo Police Department, formerly with the department’s Emergency Response Team, are being arraigned tomorrow morning at Buffalo City Court.

Two sources told 7 Eyewitness News the officers will be charged with assault in the second degree, a class D felony.

Text messages provided by the sources appear to be from the Police Benevolent Association. The messages ask officers to show up in support of the suspended ERT officers.

The news comes as the nation’s capital braces for what could be one of the largest American protests of all time, over the death of George Floyd at the hands of the military police.

Disaster: 118 Police Officers Quit or Retire from Seattle Police Dept. in 2020

The Seattle Police Department has been crippled by officers retiring and quitting the force as the city’s politicos turn against the department.

The Seattle Police Department has been crippled by officers retiring and quitting the force as the city’s politicos turn against the department.

According to a report at Fox News, 118 officers have left the city’s police department just this year leaving the agency seriously undermanned.

“Your 911 call for help will go unanswered for a significant amount of time,” Seattle Police Officer Guild President Mike Solan told the Jason Rantz Show on Seattle’s KTTH, Fox noted.

Those who quit, though, are nothing compared to the massive cuts the city is preparing to implement.

The city council intends to cut the police budget by $4 million, Fox noted.

Some officers transferred to other agencies and another group retired. But the bulk of the officers who are no longer employed by the city just outright quit.

One of the officers no longer part of the department is former Chief Carmen Best who warned as she left that the city council had put her and the department in a “position destined to fail.”

A city the size of Seattle cannot afford to lose that many officers at one time. And these are positions the city won’t be able to fill.

One has to wonder how long the citizens of Seattle will put up with this left-wing attack on their police, and how long they will tolerate their safety being put at risk?

Majority Oppose Defunding Police and Feel Black Lives Matter Movement is a War on Cops

A new poll finds that a majority of voters think that laws are needed to protect police, and that the Black Lives Matter movement’s war on police is dangerous

Enraged Seattle Residents Flocked Phones To Blast The City Council’s Plans To Cut Police Funding

A poll released this week finds that a majority of voters think that laws are needed to protect police, and that the Black Lives Matter movement’s war on police is dangerous to public safety.

The new poll released Thursday by the Rasmussen polling group finds that nearly 60 percent of respondents believe that there is currently a “war on police” across the country. 59 percent agreed with that statement, up from only 43 percent two years ago when the question was last asked.

The poll also found that 59 percent support “blue lives matter” laws that would protect the lives of police officers and would call for stricter penalties on those who harm members of law enforcement.

Support for blue lives matter laws even came in at 52 percent among the black respondents. White voters supported the idea at 63 percent, and 49 percent of other voters supported the laws.

In another finding, overall 68 percent said they fear that the cold-blooded shootings of police officers would lead to a shortage of applicants who want to become police officers. This question led to an astonishing 84 percent of black respondents saying that they fear losing police officer candidates. 66 percent of whites and 70 percent of other minorities also feared a shortage of police officers.

The BLM movement does not seem to have deterred too many from praising their local police. 67 percent said their local police do a good job while only 20 percent said that the police were too harsh.

Republicans and independents felt that there is a war on police while delusional Democrats were less sure of that claim. 80 percent of republicans and 60 percent of political independents agreed that there is a war on cops. Only 39 percent of Democrats agreed with that statement. This is bad news for Joe Biden’s chances of winning the White House in November.

Finally, defunding the police also found slim support.

66 percent of respondents said that they oppose the defund the police movement.

The poll surveyed 1,000 likely U.S. voters and was conducted between Sept. 15-16. It has a margin of error of 3 percentage points.

BLM Thugs Block Hospital E.R. Treating Two Ambushed Deputies While Yelling: “We Hope They Die”

Africa Town Coalition protesters tried to storm the emergency room of a hospital where two LA County Sheriff’s deputies were “fighting for their lives” after they were ambushed in their patrol car and shot in the head by a lone gunman at a Metro station in Compton Saturday night.

The officers were in extremely critical condition following the unprovoked attack.

President Trump weighed in on the heinous attack calling the attacker an animal.

“To the protesters blocking the entrance & exit of the HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM yelling “We hope they die” referring to 2 LA Sheriff’s ambushed today in #Compton: DO NOT BLOCK EMERGENCY ENTRIES & EXITS TO THE HOSPITAL. People’s lives are at stake when ambulances can’t get through,” the sheriff’s department wrote on Twitter.

Ohio Sheriff Warns Antifa: ‘You Shoot at Us, We’ll Shoot Back’

A Butler County, Ohio, sheriff has a warning for Antifa: “You shoot at us, expect us to shoot back.”

A Butler County, Ohio, sheriff has a warning for Antifa: “You shoot at us, expect us to shoot back.”

Sheriff Richard K. Jones wasn’t having any of the lawlessness befalling the rest of the country. HIS county is going to remain safe.

On Wednesday, sheriff Jones talked on Facebook about the “lawlessness in the country over the last few months” directed at cops, including “water dumped on police in New York, bricks and frozen water bottles thrown at police as well as officers blinded by lasers in Portland, Oregon.” He even referenced the officers in Chicago that have been shot at.

“I won’t tolerate it, period,” Jones said. “You shoot at the police, expect us to shoot back. I will not allow my deputies or any law enforcement officer in Butler County to take the abuse I have seen over the past several months. If you come to this county expecting a free pass to harm one of my men or women in uniform, keep in mind [that] nothing in life is free.”

Commenters on the Facebook page loved the sheriff’s message.

“Every county in the United States needs more sheriffs like this,” one said.

“It’s about time someone is not afraid to do their job and hold lawbreakers accountable for their actions,” another replied.

This is not the first time that Jones has spoken his mind. In July he told state authorities that he is “not the mask police” and won’t be arresting people who aren’t wearing medical masks.

“I am not the mask police,” he exclaimed. “That is not my responsibility. That is not my job. People should be able to make that choice themselves.”

“If someone’s sick, I can understand the mask-wearing. But for all of us to have our temperature taken, to have to wear a mask, where’s it going to stop?” he said.

Chicago: 36+ Street Gangs Reportedly Vow To Shoot On Sight Any Cop Who Has A Weapon Drawn In Public

A federal intelligence alert obtained by the ABC7 I-Team has gone out to Chicago-area law enforcement with an ominous warning: nearly three dozen cold-blooded street gangs “have formed a pact to shoot-on-sight any cop that has a weapon drawn on any subject in public.”

The “situational information report” from FBI officials in Chicago dated August 26, 2020, states “members of these gang factions have been actively searching for, and filming, police officers in the performance of their official duties. The purpose of which is to catch on film an officer drawing his/her weapon on any subject and the subsequent ‘shoot-on-sight’ of said officer, in order to garner national media attention.”

The Blaze:

The FBI has reportedly told Chicago-area law enforcement to be on the lookout for dangerous gang members just looking for a reason to kill cops.

According to a Monday night report from WLS-TV, approximately 36 street gangs have vowed to “shoot on-sight any cop that has a weapon drawn on any subject in public.”

The report, obtained by WLS, is titled “Pact Made by People Nation Gang Factions to ‘Shoot On-Site’ [sic] Any Police Officer with a Weapon Drawn.”

The report allegedly originated from Chicago FBI officials on Aug. 26 and states that “members of these gang factions have been actively searching for, and filming, police officers in performance of their official duties.”

The purpose of such surveillance is purportedly to “catch on film an officer drawing his/her weapon on any subject and the subsequent ‘shoot on-site’ of said officer, in order to garner national media attention.”

Some gangs purported to be involved in the activity include the Black P Stones, El Rukns, Latin Kings, and Vice Lords. More

Supt. Brown said that the spike in attacks on police makes it clear to him that “people are seeking to do harm to cops. We need police officers and as community members, we need to push back fervently against lawlessness.”

Federal authorities have not offered any additional information concerning the intelligence bulletin, and Chicago police confirmed they are aware of the gang threat and are taking the necessary precautions to keep their officers safe.

Virginia Senate Passes A Bill That Could Downgrade An Assault On Law Enforcement To A Misdemeanor

The Virginia Senate this week approved a bill that would let the charge of assaulting a police officer be a misdemeanor instead of a felony, and eliminate the mandatory jail term for being convicted of such a crime.

“Eliminates the mandatory minimum term of confinement for an assault and battery committed against a judge; magistrate; law-enforcement officer; correctional officer; person directly involved in the care, treatment, or supervision of inmates; firefighter; or volunteer firefighter or any emergency medical services personnel and provides that such crime can no longer be committed as a simple assault and must result in a bodily injury,” the bill’s summary states.

The bill passed the State Senate in a 21-15 vote.

“What in the world are we doing here?” state Sen. John Cosgrove Jr., a Republican, asked, according to The Washington Post. “Have you watched television for the last couple of weeks? Have you seen what our police officers are going through? And here we are with a bill that’s going to actually make it easier for someone to actually assault a police officer.”
